Came to tulum with some girlfriends for a bachelorette party and the rooftop bar was recommended for a drink. The bar is beautiful and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed my margarita and my friends drinks were all delicious.

Sergio is just fabulous. Beautiful hotel and both the rooftop and pool are really impressive. An idyllic oasis in midst of bustling Tulum. Perfect place for a pre dinner drink. The decor is really cool!

Lovely rooftop bar. Fabulous drinks, excellent service. Passion Fruit margarita is a must. Sergio Is a excellent server and very attentive. Nice breeze, boho vibes and great music. Sangria was excellent and great spot for cocktails. Coming back for food!

We stayed for a few day, we loved the food, the service and the parties in the rooftop. We didn’t want to leave :( . A special thanks to the staff who were wonderful but a extra special thanks to Vanessa in reception who was always so kind and funny. We recommend.

Only visites the rooftop bar. Great location and good music, but the worst cocktails we ever had. Very sour, poor taste. Mine had some herbs on top, but they had no straw. So how do you drink this? They poored it into a new glass for me. Probably stick to Beets here.

I was at the hotel in January and had a very bad experience. Lots of noise all night. Bad customer service. Dirty rooms. I canceled the reservation due to various internal issues and to date the hotel has not refunded me, I have been waiting for 2 months and without any solution. Dirty sheets and towels.

I made my reservation to travel in October 2022 and I just found out that due to a change of name and administration, my reservation was canceled and they never notified me, I found out on my own. A disaster managed **** that way, now I have to look for other accommodation.

I stayed at the hotel for a weekend. It was just a spectacular experience. The hotel is perfectly designed for a comfortable stay, close to anything you might need in Tulum. The rooftop and the Saza restaurant were spectacular. I would go back without thinking.

The setting of the hotel is beautiful but for the view it is the buildings of Tulum pueblo, nothing unforgettable. I ask for a cheesecake; there is no more…. we are 3 customers at that time! We order 2 cocktails, each rated 285 Mexican dollars but in the end when we pay by credit card we were surprised to be overcharged by 85 additional pesos…. Let's find out why…. €15 a glass for a cocktail with a vague taste of passion and another of red sangria 🧐🫣🫣🫣 we're still not on the rooftops of Paris or Cannes…. Not even a straw!!! In short, it is totally overrated and deserves a wide detour! We come out with the aftertaste of having been plucked…
