Accommodation Quality: Spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartments with modern amenities . Some rooms included kitchens, sofa beds, and multiple floors.

Pros: -The space had so many trees and it was definitely beautiful. Our room (two bedroom, living room, kitchen) was spacious and the perfect amount of space for 4 people. It would have been comfortable for 6 people too. -Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Coffee was good and they were happy to bring us more when we asked. -Shower was hot and had good water pressure. Place was clean. -We were able to easily get in and out of the place when exploring Tulum. We ended up rending an ATV to explore around and it was easy to get in and out of the gated area. You're able to easily walk places from here as well. A few cons: -The chairs, while cute, were not very comfortable. I wish they were a bit more comfy! -I do wish there was a bit more communication in the beginning on how the complimentary breakfast worked (what it was, when we got it, ect) but it was easy enough to figure out. I do also wish there was more protein in the breakfast (sausage, eggs?). -I do also wish we got more than one entry key since we had 4 people. But that's no big deal ◡̈ -I do wish we got more than just a sheet for the blanket. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here. The price was amazing for what we got. The space was clean, easy to find. Front desk people were incredibly nice and welcoming. 100% will stay here again when I come back to Tulum!

I called the property to schedule airport transportation that was offered with the reservation. They acknowledged they were not offering the full transportation and that they would be happy to approve a refund for this via *******. This was confirmed to me via phone twice. ******* reached out to them on at least 3 different occasions and they never responded. So I was charged for a stay that I could not keep because the were not rendering full services promised. Call before you book.
