Delicious food. Awesome yoga. Friendly staff. Hotel promotes practices sustainability non gmo and renewable solar energy. Overall great adult getaway from the usual hotel type...and especially luv there is NO TVs in the rooms. Lastly walk the suspension bridge above the pool!

Just arrived from Dune. Me and my 40+ guests spend the weekend celebrating my 50th birthday. The hotel is cozy and Beautiful but what really make this place unique is its staff. I don’t lie when I say I said giod bye in tears. Michelle, Abraham, Alejandro, Cooper, Silva, Carlos, Gloria,… I mean where else would you remind all these names?…. Only when they made a mark in your heart and made your experience unforgettable ❤️

One of the most delightful and relaxing massages I’ve ever experienced — set in an idyllic setting on a terrace overlooking the sea and the beach. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the entire atmosphere was pure serenity. The service was exceptional, delivered by truly wonderful women whose kindness and care made the experience even more special. A moment of pure bliss that I will never forget.

Quiet little hotel just north of the party zone. However it is an easy walk or cab to restaurants and bars. Breakfast is included it was very good!

Superb experience! We really enjoyed the stay and hospitality. The body treatments at the spa were amazing and Gloria and Mara who gave us the massages and facials were outstanding. The staff overall is very helpful and very responsive. The spicy margaritas and tacos are so fresh and delicious. I would come back here again.

We had a wonderful time at Dune. The hotel has a casual, down to earth vibe. We loved eating outside on the sand so much at the hotel restaurant that we just stayed at the hotel for dinner 3 out of our 5 nights there. What stood out the most was the service. Alex and Abraham at the front desk were very kind and knowledgeable about the area. Abraham and his brother at the restaurant were so attentive and accommodating. We also got a couples massage and our masseuses were great (Mara). A few things that could improve the hotel would be hooks to hand towels and a dresser to store clothes. Between the beach and bath towels, there was no where to hang them to dry which left us hanging them in awkward areas.

Terrible experience. We checked out after 1 night. The mattress was filthy and the service extremely rude and pushy! The owner has suggested that I have recieved a “special” discount and payed for “dinner” (Bowl of Chips)

I spent a few days at Dune Boutique Hotel and it was everything I was looking for: a beachfront spot, peaceful, beautiful, with great food and amazing people. It’s super well located, close to everything in the hotel zone but still quiet enough so you can truly relax. The hotel has a beautiful eco-conscious vibe, with purified water stations where you can refill your bottle (bye plastic!), and a hydroponic garden where they grow fresh ingredients used in the restaurant. Everything I ate was delicious. Plus, the included breakfast is huge and very complete, which is always a plus when you're traveling. They offer sunrise yoga classes, and the energy of the place is just magical. I also loved using the free bikes to ride along the beach and explore the area. Every day there was some kind of special promo at the restaurant, and I absolutely loved their happy hour cocktails — there was always something good to try. The service was excellent — kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything you need. It’s the kind of place where you can feel the love behind every detail. I already want to come back… thank you Dune for an unforgettable experience!

I had a wonderful experience at Dune Boutique Hotel in Tulum the staff were incredibly welcoming. I visited the spa for my birthday, and Gloria did a phenomenal job. The massage was deeply relaxing, and she even took some photos afterward and offered me a refreshing drink. I highly recommend this place!
