Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful throughout my stay.
However, one thing I was slightly disappointed with was the airport pick-up arrangement. When I contacted the hotel regarding the airport shuttle, I had already provided my arrival time, but I was not informed about the shuttle van schedule or the pick-up arrangements. Fortunately, the hotel eventually offered to arrange a pick-up for us, although there was an additional charge.
Other than that, everything was great. The food was great, the room was clean, and the price was reasonable for the facilities provided. The only minor issue was that the room was a little small.
Overall, I had a good experience and would still recommend the hotel. Thank you for the good service! 😊
