I am writing in praise of the Marriott Tunis, Tunisia. It’s difficult to capture all the positive experiences I had on my last trip. But, I’ll do my best. I have noticed that the Marriott Tunis is run by a cohesive, clear Team. It’s clear that the entire staff is trained in the same purpose, values, strategy, and priorities. All these are evident when I experience… …The smooth and relaxing rides with Fedhi to and from airport… …Front Desk service from Aziz, Youssef, and others… …The service and smile of Basma, Adnen, Allala, Rawda, and Ranine in the restaurant… …The world-class omelettes made by Youssef… …The amazing and professional work from Aroua and Selma… …The truly unique and faithful work of Sofiene in the M Club, along with Mokhtar and his cooking skills and Marwen his trainee… All of these led by Omar their General Manager who treats me like family! I even met several trainees who are ramping up in the Marriott Tunis ways. They are all learning a system that truly works! There are others I’ve missed I’m sure. That is because every time I turn the corner at the Marriott Tunis I am met by a staff member eager and ready to help. Thank you to everyone at the Marriott Tunis. I can’t wait to be back!
Movenpick Hotel du Lac Tunis

The room is not bad, the space is large, the windows are large, the breakfast is also very delicious, very rich. The only strange thing is that after returning to the room after breakfast, in the case of not checking out, the towels and bathrobes were all taken away, and it was useless to take another shower. Overall, the service level needs to be improved, the breakfast restaurant service is not bad; the room dare not say
Barcelo Concorde les Berges du Lac

Pluses: Lakeside location with great views from the public areas. Close to the airport with quick and efficient transfers. Decent meeting rooms and conference facilities. Food is OK although not outstanding for the price. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. Minuses: Being 5 star is more than just listing the facilities. Patchy levels of service with reasonable requests being met with unhelpfulness. Some of the decor, fittings and furniture is very poorly maintained. No alcohol served in the hotel or anywhere around, apparently because the entire area was or is owned by the Saudis.

A typical high-quality hotel, worthy of praise, Ctrip booking is actually a little cheaper, the hotel facilities are all available, very good. Finally, I would like to extend my cordial greetings to the family members of the airline ticket reservation department of Ctrip: You secretly changed the flight I booked to a red-eye flight, which caused my child to go home at two or three in the morning. Not only was he not ashamed, but he refused to admit his mistake and asked me to do it myself. Responsible for more than 4,000 yuan to change business class, or change a long connecting flight, and bear all change fees. Ctrip secretly changed the popular flight to Red Eye. It is already a habitual offender. I did not expect that as a super member, I will also enjoy the treatment of half-tone communication + hung up the phone. I hope that the Civil Aviation Administration and China Southern Airlines, which I complained about, will punish this again. The ticket agent of the shop bullying! ! !
