Location is right in the heart of Tunis, close to all amenities, Professional staff always willing to help. Must also highlight the gentlemen at the door, at one occasion I was coming from across the road with a heavy box it was within seconds that the gentlemen noticed me from far away struggling with the box and came to assist with the box and carried it for me all the way to the room. Front office agents, Food & Beverage service staff, Housekeeping, Laundry all been great. Breakfast was good. Met a couple of occasions with the General Manager of the Hotel and he made it a point to sit with me and ask how my stay was. Could have not asked for more. Service of the hotel and the cleanliness was impeccable The hotel is old and tiered and deserves a renovation along with up gradation of systems such as elevators, AC, WIFI etc these seems to have been a reoccurring issue of certain breakdowns of systems during my 4 days stay, However I must admit that rectification of breakdowns did not take long to be maintained and back in action. The rooms are large with most of them views of the city, The hotel has so much potential taking into consideration the level of service they provide should it be renovated.

I chose this hotel because I saw the highest score among the four-star hotels in Ctrip. The overall Tunisian hotel score is not high, and this one is just fine. Not far from the city, not a bustling side, the hotel’s service is very good, very friendly to the Chinese, the breakfast is very good, and the date palms with twigs, the front desk recommended us to dine in the hotel’s restaurant, it turned out to be true The service is great and the service is in place. The facilities are a bit old, which is a disadvantage. If you come to Tunisia, I recommend this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a night, and I warn you, nothing is recommendable, except that dinner can be acceptable, not even extraordinary. For the rest, it is horrible: very little receptionist and who jokes with his pot while I was talking with him, very loaded street side room without double glass( I let you imagine the noise) And cerezes on the cake already infected nearby with a night box that, from 22 or 23h, makes all the walls of the room vibrate up to at least 2h of the morning. I have not closed the eye of the night. For the price you are requesting, you will find much better elsewhere.

The hotel is very close to a railway station - ideal for reaching the city quickly. The staff is always helpful and premature. Once even the kitchen was kept open for a longer time so the room service could bring me another night dinner to my room.

A very decent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff in reception. The location is very good in proximity to everything. I stayed there between flights, and the journey from the airport was roughly 15 minutes. The front desk was very, very helpful. The room is basic, no kettele, no minibar fridge, but it was clean. The channels provided in the room are varied (no channels for children). The bed was very comfortable, and the shower, although a bit narrow, the water flow was good. The lifts were not working, so i had to use the stairs to get to my room or to the restaurant on the 4th floor. The restaurant was big clean with a huge balcony. The food was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers transiting in Tunis or waiting for a flight.

El Hana hotel is located directly on the main boulevard in Tunis with a very friendly staff and pretty good size rooms. The bed was firm with the view of the National theater right across the street. Internet connection was slow and hard to get connected.
