It appeared to be a 70’s era property with little or no major renovations in recent years. Parking lot was poorly maintained and poorly lit. Due to recent snow and ice the main walkway was very slick.
I immediately found a roach and a second one later. The “no smoking” room smelled stale. The linens were clean yet stale. All furniture appeared to be from the 70’s.
I debated getting money back and relocating but roughed it out and brought some valuables into the room rather than leave in the car.
The staff at check in was friendly but could have been more presentable and could use some social skills training. In the future I will be more selective

Booked and paid for a non-smoking suite with jacuzzi, but was given a smoking standard room. Very dirty and smelled

Worse place for I have ever stayed. The room looked nothing like the pics on line, the bathroom was disgusting, tub had mold around the joint between tub and wall panels. Was unable to sleep from people in and out all night and hanging out in parking lot outside our room. We ended up checking out a day early. I highly recommend NOT staying here.

Our ceiling leaked water,and only upon checking out we were informed by another employee that the room was supposed to be out of service and we weren't supposed to be put in that room.

They kept having to activate my room keys then to come and find out the last night there I tried to get my room key reactivated because it was not working and got told I was not checked in that I was a no-show it was just one big mess I got charged three different times I got it all taken care of at check out but it was a mess the night guy they had working was a JOKE and made no sense

Everything was good until I needed towels and the weird front desk guy made a big deal about us returning our towels for new towels but as I remember that’s something that the hotel is supposed to accommodate everyday & they didn’t

The room met my needs in that it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was extremely limited, a bowl of cereal and coffee was my best option. It's a typical budget hotel so lower your expectations
