This place smelled like sewer, and smoke! The neighbors would smoke and the smell would come in. If your a smoker, cool, but I don't appreciate it. There were roaches in the bathroom and kitchen and then they blamed it on us. Finally, my kids and my wife were showering on different occasions and the hot water turned cold. Finally, the locks unlocked on thier own and we got a message by management that the doors were left open. Management would not do anything about it! As a matter of fact they highly suggested I pay my tourist tax before we left

This place is absolutely deplorable! Not only are people smoking on the other building, sending their noxious fumes straight into our room, but there are also silverfish and roaches infesting the space. And to top it all off, the management refuses to provide any assistance and instead tries to shift the blame onto the tenants. It is absolutely unacceptable for a management team to neglect their responsibility to maintain a clean and healthy living environment for their residents. Their lack of action and insistence on blaming the residents is shameful and completely inexcusable. It is high time for them to take accountability for the substandard conditions of this property and make necessary improvements for the well-being of their tenants.

Roaches are on the Apt Flat 7. The Management stated that We brought the roaches! Hot water ran out, we had to restart the system. My wife daughter and son all had to experience cold showers. Neighbors smoking outside and all the smoke came in. Fridge temperature would either be too cold or not cold enough. Bathrooms smell like sewer. Health and safety issue, Doors are electronic and they unlock. There was another apartment we found that was unlocked, we found it weird. We then got a call a few days later stating that our door was unlocked all night long.

L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier agréable, calme et pas trop loin du centre (si vous utilisez les transports en commun, prenez le 68). Il est possible de se rendre sur "Piazza Vittorio Veneto" juste en continuant tout droit le long des berges de la rivière. Donc, sortez de l'appartement, tournez à droite et continuez tout droit pendant quelques centaines de mètres jusqu'à ce que vous croisiez des arbres et l'eau. C'est une très belle promenade avec une magnifique vue sur la "Superga". Parking gratuit à proximité confirmé. L'appartement est doté de tous les équipements et il est plutot moderne d'un point de vue technologique : par exemple, il n'y a pas de clés, vous entrez par un code à insérer dans le lien, self check-in, smart tech TV, etc. L'appartement est bien entretenu et meublé avec goût. Il est réparti sur deux étages et il y a deux belles grandes chambres où 5-6 personnes peuvent dormir confortablement, plus un canapé au premier étage. Deux salles de bains, deux petites terrasses et une cuisine spacieuse. Service clientèle (numéro sur whatsapp) disponible. Je le recommande aux groupes d'amis et aux familles.
