I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room was quite small and appeared untidy, suggesting it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival. Additionally, the hair dryer in the room was not working, which was inconvenient. Another issue was the window; it couldn't be opened, and the air conditioner was not functioning effectively, leaving the room uncomfortably warm.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere; however, the facilities were below expectations for a 4-star property. The floor was not clean, the room was very basic and there were no refreshments available, such as tea, coffee or water. The hot water and shower pressure could also be improved. While I appreciated the design and the breakfast (with the exception of the eggs, which were inconsistent in quality), the layout is not ideal for blind guests, as there are several hazardous corners. That said, the cappuccino was excellent and the waiter was very pleasant.

It was the worst hotel in my life. When I arrived, I found out that the door couldn't be locked from the inside. I went straight to the reception and complained. But he couldn't change my room because all the doors are the same. The door was full of candles, and my key wouldn't let me in. I was filled with tears because I'm a solo traveler, and it's totally dangerous if the door isn't closed. I couldn't sleep. Thank God! The Trip Advisor (Lizy) helped me book a new hotel that day. The advisor couldn't contact the hotel. The problem was a language barrier. I received a Trip Advisor voucher, so I could book a new hotel that day. The reception was not friendly. Definitely not recommended! Especially if you're traveling alone. I attached a picture of the door. Then you could decide.

Convenient location, close to the means of transport that allow you to move easily around the city. The room is a shame, with a few adjustments and a minimum of maintenance it could definitely be better. The dirty walls and bathroom door, the dust on the lamps, the patched bathroom flooring, the shower cubicle that definitely needs at least a coat of paint... in short, small details that for a 4-star hotel, should not be details. At check out I also mentioned the lack of hot water, which did not allow me to take a shower, but they replied, showing me the monitor of their PC that was not working "today we have a series of problems" Ah. What does the monitor have to do with hot water??? I'm still trying to figure it out. Decent breakfast. Neither good nor bad.
