去到酒店竟然説預訂滿了轉去另外一家酒店hotel nizza，對這個廣場酒店真的無語，不打最低分是因為攜程很努力解決問題，還做出相應補償，好評必須給攜程，但廣場酒店拒絕溝通，hotel nizza雖然老舊點，但衞生服務還可以，典型的意大利旅館，位置就在火車站旁邊，總體還可以

Infelizmente, houver overbooking de vendas de Chegando no hotel NÃO havia vagas. Nos encaminharam p/ um hotel de categoria muito inferior. Os atendentes foram super atenciosos do hotel Plaza. Mas, infelizmente a categoria do Hotel Éden, onde tivemos que nos hospedar ficou muito aquém. Só ficamos lá porque já era tarde e estávamos exaustos da viagem. Atendimento meio grosseiro… Quarto muito pequeno, Camas muito pequenas, e o que dizer do box…?!? Minúsculo! E olha que não tenho nem 1,60 m e tenho menos de 60 kg…!

It was a great hotel, they have all the amenities you can ask for and a fantastic breakfast. However I was not the biggest fan of the location, it was about a 30 min walk to the city centre and at night I felt unsafe at times
