The reception staff on arrival were unfriendly and never smiled. Didn’t didn’t information about breakfast or WiFi until asked. Felt very unwelcomed

Hotel with Kindness
The hotel was really helpful in adjusting my staying nights upon unexpected cancellation of my flight. I’ve gotten the unused nights refunded from my prepayment. The service given was good. Room was spacious. Just the air cond will stop every 3 hours, I had to wake up to switch it on again.
Surrounding was good with groceries and eateries just nearby. Just metro was a bit far though still walkable distance.
Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

Hotel dal buon rapporto prezzo qualità. Comoda la sua posizione per andare in centro con la metropolitana. Manca una presa vicino al tavolino in camera per ricaricare il cellulare. Personale della reception presente.

Scelto per il suo prezzo relativamente abbordabile e la sua posizione, abbastanza vicina a stazione ferroviaria e metropolitana. La struttura non è moderna, ma comunque adeguata alle mie esigenze. È stato quindi un soggiorno tranquillo.

In uscita scolastica , abbiamo alloggiato per due notti. Camere pulite, personale gentile e disponibile, buona colazione, luogo strategico: silenzioso e vicino alla metro e con strada chiusa senza traffico. Consigliato per scolaresche

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel con una scolaresca. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La prenotazione è stata facile e il check in veloce. La pulizia è eccellente e le camere sono molto belle e confortevoli. La colazione è ottima. Non ci è mancato nulla!!!!

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel con la mia famiglia per una sola notte. Il parcheggio é a pagamento, si può parcheggiare nelle zone limitrofe gratuitamente a vostro rischio. L'hotel é molto vecchio e credo mai ristrutturato. La nostra camera era al quarto piano, l'ascensore mette a dura prova, cigola e ciondola. La camera è piccola, arredata male e molto vecchia. Piastrelle rovinate, cassaforte non funzionante, lenzuola pulite ma rotte, letto durissimo, cuscino scomodo,bagno vecchio e con muffa, bidone arrugginito. Le pareti della camera sono di carta velina, ho praticamente condiviso la notte con gli ospiti della camera di fianco e con tutti quelli che passavano nel corridoio. Colazione abbondante ma confezionata, personale gentile.Prezzo circa 150 per 2 adulti e 1 bambino ..decisamente troppo..sconsigliatissimo!!
