Overcharged by more than 8,000 RMB offline, with delayed follow-up processing – I absolutely refuse to recommend this hotel! This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had! Upon checkout, I was shockingly overcharged over 8,000 RMB without justification. Even worse, their follow-up service is extremely negligent – ​​despite repeated emails and calls, the issue remains unresolved after two weeks. The hotel management clearly lacks integrity and responsibility, disregarding consumer rights. Poor cleaning, limescale everywhere in the bathroom and some mold in the grout; the shower leaks (the door doesn't close properly). You can hear everything from the courtyard/breakfast room and the hallway on the first floor. Staff were friendly at reception, but not at all when checking out. I'm actually used to a better standard and service from NH Collection...
