This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in during my trip to Europe. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the city centre and the train station. The hotel is like a noble palace, the public areas and rooms are very good, and the breakfast is good. What surprised me the most was that I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock in the morning, and I was able to stay in the room directly, which is very rare in Europe.

Se cercate un hotel dalla posizione strategica, senza dover spendere cifre folli, questo hotel è la soluzione migliore. Situato in pieno centro, a 300 metri dalla stazione e a 200 metri dalla centralissima Via Roma dove ci sono tutti i negozi e dove si raggiungono i principali luoghi di interesse. La struttura è un 3 stelle, onesto, pulito e accogliente. Colazione varia e di qualità con le addette di sala molto disponibile e sorridenti. Ho alloggiato in una quadrupla quindi lo consiglio vivamente a chi viaggia con la famiglia. Non do punteggio pieno, semplicemente perché essendo un 3 stelle c’erano delle piccolissime pecche ma che non hanno assolutamente condizionato la nostra permanenza.

Booked a single room for one night. Everything was very clean. Staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast was buffet with good choice and surprisingly better quality food than I had expected. The location right next to the train station makes it ideal to catch a train the next day. It’s also walking distance from commercial area with big shops and convenient for sightseeing. Un frigobar rifornito quotidianamente sarebbe forse preferibile, temo che la scelta di lasciarlo vuoto sia da imputare a clienti maleducati o furbastri… A mio avviso la sola mancanza registrata è quella di qualche gancio o attaccapanni a parete.

Excellent hotel with super central location and nice rooms. Also the breakfast is very rich and tasty, better than some 5 star hotels in turin. The breakfast also features local specialities which you won't get at other hotels in turin. In addition the staff is extremely friendly, especially the woman at the reception. My friend and I spent six nights at this hotel. It is situated near the city centre and near a bus/tram stop called Bertolo, with a good and fast connection to Porta Susa station. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance or can easily be reached by bus or tram. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful and they do their utmost to make your stay a wonderful experience. We loved the breakfast. It was very tasty and there was a great variety of food and drinks. We had two single rooms, which were very clean. My room had a balcony with a view of the inner courtyard (see picture). This hotel offers a wonderful stay in Turin at a reasonable price.
