Plenty of parking available, including EV charging stations, which is fantastic for those driving. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast spread offers a great variety. They also have a laundry room and a gym. I was very happy with my stay!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. The rooms are incredibly well-appointed and exceptionally comfortable. Everything about this stay was good. I generally stick to Hilton among the major hotel brands because I find them quite reliable, and this particular property was no exception. However, there's one major flaw: they only have two washing machines. For a large hotel with hundreds of rooms, this is completely inadequate. Most other hotels I've stayed at typically offer four! As a result, you often have to wait in line to do your laundry.

When in Turpan, you can't go wrong with the Hilton. Miran at the front desk was incredibly welcoming. The breakfast spread was generous with plenty of options, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Traveling with our children, we were kindly upgraded to a spacious room on a high floor with a great view. Special thanks to Meili and Yiyi for helping us arrange breakfast for the kids and even providing bottled water for our journey when we left. We truly felt at home. Having stayed at Hampton by Hilton numerous times, the Turpan location was, as always, excellent. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, with the Xiyou Night Market just nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, with Xiyou Night Market situated right downstairs. Parking is convenient. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a proactive room upgrade. The room was fully equipped, with ample hot water for showers, and even a mouse pad on the desk – a thoughtful touch! Welcome fruit was provided. I arrived in the evening and was told I'd been upgraded to a different room. However, in the middle of the night, I discovered that the outer pane of one of the double-glazed windows was completely cracked. When I called the front desk, they admitted they were aware of the issue and assured me it was nothing to worry about. Later that night, a strong wind picked up. Something near the cracked window pane was apparently damaged or loose, as the wind kept causing it to clang and bang against the glass. As a result, I barely got any sleep the entire night. This was the best value hotel during our Xinjiang trip. The hotel's amenities were excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and free of any unpleasant odors. Our first stop on our Xinjiang road trip was the Hampton by Hilton. It was clean, and the service was incredibly friendly. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. The hotel is very close to Grape Valley, though the Flaming Mountains are quite a distance away. Honestly, there isn't much to do in Turpan itself, and even the night market in the evening didn't offer much variety. The temperature was incredibly high, absolutely scorching at 55℃!

Other aspects of the hotel and service were acceptable. However, the breakfast was a major disappointment: the selection was extremely limited, the service was abysmal, and the breakfast hours ended far too early. Due to the more than two-hour time difference with mainland China, many guests either missed breakfast entirely or couldn't finish their meal before everything was cleared by 10:00 AM (as pictured). I politely offered feedback, suggesting that extending the breakfast hours would significantly improve the guest experience.
