I can't believe this is the standard a five-star hotel should have.
1⃣️After checking in, I found that the room given by the hotel was different from the reserved room. After contacting Ctrip, the hotel did not respond at all. Ctrip was the one who contacted me throughout the whole process.
2⃣️One of the two bottles of mineral water prepared by the hotel was actually drunk. The height of the two bottles of water was completely different.
3⃣️Under the hotel bed, there were leftover slippers from previous guests.
I called the hotel front desk several times to report the problem. The hotel front desk would not solve the problem at all. They always asked the housekeeping staff to come and take a look. There was no apology or apology at all. The service attitude of the housekeeping staff is indeed quite good.
