The location was excellent for a visit to the Grand Canyon. The hotel room was a little dark but was clean and well kept.

Great location, comfy bed and room, Shi..y service at restaurant, At maintenance department, at front desk in locating hotel amenities and all brought to you by some of the rudest hotel staff ever encountered. Only one working ice machine available in whole complex.

Hubby and k got the last available room as we did not have plans to go as far as the Grand Canyon NP on this supposedly short trip.  We were very happy to find this location, perfect for distance just outside the South Entrance.  We got what we needed at the little store available in the hotel as well as having dinner in the Saloon without having to go anywhere outside.  Our room was very clean, have coffee available for the next day with amenities just enough to get us over for the next day.  I’d stay here again as it was also very affordable. Highly recommend it.

A bit dated, but generally a good hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Our main grievance was the on-site restaurant where food was poor and the prices extortionate. The “chefs salad” could have been prepared by anyone, and was just a random assortment of meats and salad piled on top of each other. A 22oz draught lager was $14. Despite not mentioning this anywhere, a 15% gratuity is automatically added, and then they also ask for a tip. We would not return to this hotel based on our experiences at the restaurant.

Excellent location in terms of visiting Grand Canyon. The room was great with all the amenities. Will stay again for sure.

Location is amazing. But you can tell that the rooms need some updates. Elevator is at awkward spot. Can hear the lobby/restaurant music at night. Staff is friendly. Great choice for going to the Grand Canyon.
