Very nice experience at GRT Tuticorin. Clean and comfortable room with all the amenities and even the restaurant food was really nice..it felt like home. Also the girl at the reception, Elisa has been very nice to us

The room ambiance and services provided were excellent. I would like to extend my gratitude to the reception team for their assistance in acquiring a cake for my husband's birthday. The sole area identified for improvement pertains to the restaurant dining services, where we experienced a considerable wait for our meal.

Had a very pleasant stay at GRT Hotel. The overall hospitality was excellent, and I truly appreciated the warm service. Special thanks to Kennedy from security and the girl in the dining area bill counter in-charge โ€” both were extremely kind, supportive, and made my stay comfortable. Really enjoyed the overall experience.

Feedback from room no 304. The front desk, room service, all staff were well trained and professional. We relished The amazing food prepared by Master Chef Nithyananatam. We highly recommend this hotel for it's cleanliness , hospitality and superb food.

I have been coming to Tuticorin for over ten years and have been staying at the GRT Regency most of the times. It used to be an ok (better than Tuti average) hotel. But they have recently upgraded their rooms and it is now comparable to a European or American middle class hotel. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful. Congratulations to whoever the manager is.

It is a wonderful stay. We r glad that we get upgraded to suite room. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is top notch ๐Ÿ‘Œ. The hotel is in prime location.

The Regency Suite was spacious and well equipped. It was a very comfortable place in a great location, close to the airport and other amenities and tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and cooperative. I travelled with my Mom, whoโ€™s an octogenarian and Wife and can definitely say that the property is elderly and family friendly. Overall, and excellent stay.
