Fantastic hotel overall Staff so friendly and helpful and always professional A problem I had was rectified immediately without question and nothing was too difficult for the staff Smiles and a warm greeting all day upon exit and entry was so nice Rooms so clean and comfortable Sunbed was a nice surprise and so comfortable and relaxing to watch the outside world Congratulations to the staff here at Centara Ubon for your warm and inviting gestures

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Centara Ubon and are extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. The breakfast is truly top-class and offers everything one could wish for – a great selection of quality cheeses, fresh and delicious fruits, excellent coffee, and a wide variety of international dishes, while still offering authentic local food for Thai guests. The bed is without a doubt the best I have ever slept in, providing exceptional comfort and rest. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional at the same time, which really makes a difference and leaves a lasting impression. The swimming pool and bar area are beautiful and very relaxing. Although the hotel is located a bit outside the city center, it is ideal if you have a car. It is conveniently close to Central Plaza shopping mall and also near the airport. Whenever I am in Ubon, I would happily return to Centara Ubon. Thank you for your highly professional service. I have now also joined the Centara1 Card program.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the room is big and comfortable, but the food just good enough.

The hotel is connected to Central Plaza which is convenient. Always have to order room service, the flavor is 10/10.

Good location, adjacent to Centtal Ubon shopping mall.. Breakdast is delicious..highly recommended

The futon at the window side of the room was stained very badly and not clean. There was a large chip in the cement in the bathroom area and some mold in the shower. This has to be the poorest install for a toilet ever as the door opens and hits the toilet. Ok not really the problem but the futon stains were just gross. Overall the hotel is only a 5 of 10 though rated at 9.6. The food from the kitchen was fantastic and would recommend the Caesar salad and mushroom pizza with mozzarella. It was excellent!
