Great service and accommodations.
The hotel is new and located next to Central Shopping Mall which is convenient and easy to access.

Hands down the most luxurious hotel in Ubon Ratchathani. Having stayed in many Centara properties, this boutique has to be one the best Centara has to offer; apart from the Centara Reserve family which is a league of their own. Its location is convenient being next to the biggest mall in town. Transportation via taxi from the airport was easy, it should take you no longer than 15 minutes.
Breakfast was phenomenal, they brought in the best Vietnamese rice noodle place the city has to offer.
The service was almost on par with 5-star hotels, minus the concierge part obviously.
However, if you are traveling in group and would like to request the joining of rooms, please inform them in advance as they don’t fill the connecting rooms very efficiently… it is all over the place with different guests. I suppose it can be quite packed at times.

Brilliant service, but there is a huge room of improvement in food quality.
I mistrusted the Michelin Recommendations and gave a chance on the restaurant of the hotel. Food are unappetizing and unpalatable, the beef brisket was tasteless and dry.
Charging us on a regular hotel-graded price, providing food worse than street foods.
Really unacceptable.
