At all times I felt cheated, upon arrival they told us that they were giving us the superior room as a courtesy of the house when I had already reserved and paid for the superior room.
In addition to going out to the balcony in the morning to drink my coffee, there was no table or any element to support the cup other than the air conditioning machine, my partner turned on the air conditioning and the cup fell to the floor, breaking, a cup that It costs 5THB, they charged us 100THB, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is the worst treated I have felt in a long time.
Of course I recommend that trip.com take action with the establishment, it is not in line with the satisfaction I have with your website and as a Diamond member I do not like this establishment and its way of treating its customers.

Service is usable but not great. Reserved 2 nights but locked Creecard for 1 night. The room we stayed in had a lot of dust (as if it hadn't been cleaned), claiming there was water in front of it, loud air conditioner, broken wardrobe. The food needs to be improved.
