It is totally unexpected.and different from what I saw before.proceeding to book. Although not a particularly fussy person, at the minimum, some basic cleanliness should be expected. Upon going into the assigned room, I was very shocked to see the lights dim, bad odour and felt a little spook. Of course, without hesitation, I immediately requested to change room and found the replacement room just ok. Quite frankly, I had wanted to check out that very same evening but decided to just try to hang just to rest for the.night.

We stayed in both an air-conditioned room and a fan room. The air-conditioned room was 500 baht, and the fan room was 350 baht. It's a bit pricey for Ubon, but considering the location, it's good value for money. The bus from the airport gets you off at Thung Si Muang, and to get to Big C or Tesco Lotus, you take a songthaew that runs along the road to Wat Maharanam. There's a night market across from the hotel, which caters to locals and is cheap and delicious. There's also Cafe Ama, a 7-Eleven, and a Lotus convenience store, so the location is good. There were city hotels along the main road, but this one seemed to be in a better location. Even in the fan room, the fan was powerful and kept me cool.
