The common rooms and services of the hotel are great. The staff if helpful and nice, the food is good.
But the rooms need a refreshment. Bed wasn't comfortable, I could hear all the coversations around the pool at night, so I didn't sleep well...

Breakfast and dinner, lots of fruits and desserts. There are also lots of nuts. The 3rd floor is the first floor, the 2nd floor is the minus 1 floor, and the 1st floor is the minus 2 floor. The room has a view of Uchisa! Stayed for 2 days, my only regret was not flying a hot air balloon!

When we booked, we made sure that we had a pool and wellness area so that we could relax all day and have a nice time in the hotel.
We arrived at the hotel and the first impression was nice. The children wanted to go into the pool straight away, but we had to get out of the pool after an hour because a wedding party was planned for the evening and was therefore decorated.
We weren't informed about this... the celebration lasted until the night. We also asked the receptionist why we weren't informed about it, but our request wasn't really taken into account. It was a shame as it wasn't a relaxing time for us...

We have stayed at this property a number of times over the years. The hamam, sauna, and pool are excellent and one of our biggest perks to stay. The other perk is usually the incredible view of the balloons that are launched early morning each day but unfortunately, neither of our 2 mornings there, were there any balloons. The reasoning was weather but the weather was beautiful each day. That, of course, is no fault of the hotel, just a disappointment to us. My only complaint was that the wifi was not available in any area but the lobby. The breakfast buffet was awesome, as were the views of the Uchisar castle and valley.

View is amazing. ere you may take the most amazing photos wit the balloons. Cuisine is Ok. Included breakfast has a lot of options. It can appeal to all dieters and people of all ages. It's dish was so amazing

don’t recommend this hotel in nowadays. I stayed there in 9-12 may 2023. Guys on reception is horrible. One not speaks English, all of them all the time 24/7 trying to sell the purchase of the tours and staff with crazy high prices. First of all not everybody needs this entertainments. Second is we all have internet and online twice cheaper. Sometimes I didn’t want to ask them necessary questions , because I new they gonna sell me stuff… all u knows that in early morning u have to wake up for baloons, and every night we hear music and noises from bar is second floor. Drunk people was singing near pool and jumping in. Dozens of calls to the reception did not change anything. Pity that such a beautiful hotel is not worth the money due to bad staff

Everybody was so smiley and friendly, I felt really precious. Foods and room services were amazing and the view of the hotel is also impressive. I felt like a stayed on another planet. Thank you so much to the staff for the incredible experiences
