We stayed in Delux room for two nights. Room was good only in our room the water was coming out while we take shower. Food is excellent. All the staf members are very co-operative and service was very nice. Location of this hotel is very near to lake Pichola. Beautiful veiw from terrace resturant. Overall very nice stay. I would definetely reco***d this hotel for family.

One of the best experiences I've ever had, the staff is very helpful and the hotel is really beautiful, it's in the center of the city too which really is feasible to travel anywhere around the city without any issue, would really suggest everyone to stay here

Experienced the hospitality at its best in my 40+ years of travel. The hotel staff, particularly Ms Hanza is superb, she is very proactive and knows what’s her guests requirements and how to get them fulfilled. She ***aged sufficient petrol for my car when there was a sudden strike by petrol bunks. She arranged a particular Rajasthani dish when we discussed about local cuisines. When I met with an accident in a nearby park, she arranged a hospital in no time. I’m sure everyone one visiting this hotel would have pleasant memories.

Beautiful rooms very supportive nd helpful staff .All facilities like parking,wifi , room service are excellent . The best thing is view on top floor in nyt is tooo good .all facilities available 24*7 . This hotel is best option for family stay

Good place, centrally located, beautiful decor and helpful staff. We had a very comfortable stay, thanks to Ms Hansa at the reception who looked into our smallest requirements, from the lighting in the room to decorating the room and organising cake for a bday celebration, she was extremely hospitable. Other support staff like Ms ***isha and others in her team were equally professional.

Very beautiful place, hospitality was excellent and made my birthday feel extra special. Every room is unique and has lots of artwork that makes your stay feel amazing. The food was delicious and so was the ambience. I will highly recommend staying here
