Lords Inn Udaipur

We were totally disappointed with the hotel service. We stayed here for a day and 2 nights. We stayed in Lord's hotel at 2 cities this month but had disappointing experience at both. Few positives about the hotel Spacious well maintained rooms. Things to be taken care and improved are more. We were given a welcome drink so we expected a lot of hospitality and good service as expected from Lord's group of hotels. But believe me on all the days there was no hot water in the bathroom, room wasn't cleaned inspite of requesting, there is no packaged water in the room given, RO water is provided. Room service is very slow, inspite of ***y calls they did not rectify the water issue. Unfortunately a few guests were making disturbing noises at 2.45am in the night and when informed to reception nothing changed. (I understand the guests also have to be responsible). But the staff at Blue coriander restaurant were very good. Especially Ms Heena was very hospitable. Food is expensive, as the hotel is far away from the city around 8 to 10 km from the city centre and the fact that no good restaurants are nearby this factor of cost has to be borne in mind. The hotel is on a Highway so kinda nothing much around the hotel for tourists also no any view from the rooms. The cab drivers even ola and uber ones cheat the tourists with ideas not thought off before. I am not sure if it's in tourist places of Rajasthan only or else where too. But we had a tough time here in almost all popular cities.

I went to the hotel for having dinner and Restaurant ***ager Mr. Ram Singh Dewal was very friendly and attentive and fulfilled our requirements. Hotel is beautiful and good for family outing.

The place was near and clean. Near to the udaipur city railway station. Price is decent and hotel staff are helpful. Recommend this stay for people who want to explore udaipur. There are lot of nearby places.

Rooms are clean and all staff members are professional and good. Restaurant food is also good and tasty. Water provides and cleaness are up to mark. Also, recommend this place for family and couple both. Pool is on top floor making good point.

It was great. Had a lovely time in udaipur. We came for a wedding. Close to lake pichola and other spots. The staff was really helpful and well groomed. Have enough parking and good connectivity with the main road. Not tried the food but rest was good.

Nice experience..... excellent food and services made my weekend very relaxed and joyful..... would love to visit again soon..... would certainly recommend friends and relatives and all checking the reviews..........................

Loved the simplicity. The food and ambience was good. Mr. Vikram Singh hosted us at Blue Coriander Restaurant, he was extremely professional. We're looking forward to ***y more visits in future. The approach to the hotel is excellent and overall package is value for money.

Nice property, centrally located, helpful staff, specially Balkrishna,reception, housekeeping all are very supportive...near and clean property, ample parking space smooth checkin...we din't have breakfast but I am sure that also will be 😋 delicious. Thanks team Regards Bhawna.
