One the best place to stay in Udaipur/create your memories here I booked this place over call on same day in morning as it was off season – rooms were available My check in time was 4 PM Booked exceptionally Lake Facing Biggest room at 3200 / - which was stealer deal. (You rates depends on bookings and season – but call & try your luck ) -- Property is super maintained, Location is super – fateh sagar lake side Not much crowded, big size Autos are always available outside Lift is there, staff is always there for your luggage Room – This is one of the best room I have stayed till date , Lake side view , BIG Room , Curtains , Option to open window, Big Bathroom , Full water available Bed is good comfortable, hot water kettle available. Table chair Amirah & more Everything is well finished maintained --- Outside room meeting and sitting options sofas for all – I sit late night there Interior is top as expected -- Close AC restro /Lounge ZINI’s Café – Very well maintained, open for walk-in customers as well Well stocked bar I had my relaxing DAL Khichdi there – Good Preparation -- Kitchen staff is good, also helped for small child milk – 1 cup for complementary -- Roof top is best, 2 floors to sit , Musical sufi nights were great I requested songs they created lifetime memories (Dhadkan , Mere Raske Kamar , Pardesi ) - Summary – Lovely place, well maintained, Must visit zini’s café , Super view room 304 . Night view is like palace from outside Highly recommended place in UDAIPUR , BIG Size rooms as compare to old city /pichola area

It was very poor service. I had booked my table during the day itself, yet when I reached there, they did not know that the table was booked. Anyway, I adjusted with whatever table was arranged. I kept waiting for a long time for someone to come and take my order but no one came.After waiting a lot, I went to the counter myself and i said I can see you are very busy so please take my order here. That's why he assured that he would come and take the order.After 10 minutes a person took our order and said that he would like to serve it soon. Or it's a bad situation or we did not serve food even at that late hour.After that I called on the number mentioned online from whom I bought the table book. He answered the phone and said, Madam, I have never done anything like this before and I am quickly sending it to Pushpendra ji. He will surely give you good service and our cashier hasn't come today because of that we are facing problem.After 10 minutes no one came I went back to the counter or asked is Pushpendra ji available here. After 5 minutes a waiter came and said Pushpendra ji has not come today I have taken your order.Now I have completely finished my hunger and I am finally tired or my friend decided to pay for water and juice and after that we will go for dinner somewhere else.Now after this I went to the counter to pay the bill and at that time there was two person standing at the counter both of them ignored me. Now this was the end of our journey and I shouted whether anyone would take the payment or I would leave without paying.After this someone said that you will pay the niche and now I started paying the bill at the niche counter. What a gentle *** said, please forgive me, I am running this restaurant today, I have not been able to ***age the log. I said sir i am sorry that I have come here for the third time even after giving such poor service. I will take care of you no matter what your request is, please take charge and let us go asap.From then again we had bad luck or it's a poor ***agement. I was waiting for the lift. Like the lift has come, there is a couple Soughting in the lift, mdm please call someone, we have stucked in the lift. As I looked, the lift door was slowly opening. I requested the person at the counter nearby. Please tell someone that this lift is not working.The person at the reception told us without even looking that you were 6-7 people trying to go together that is why the lift had broken down. This was a very absurd kind of answer. Then I started talking to you in such a tone that you stop giving excuses and crying without looking at the situation and treating people like that. Because the spring of the lift has already passed. After waiting for a while, we got out of the lift.I myself am a hotelier and have stayed with ***y brands but I have never seen or provided such poor service. After this I said I will never visit the restaurant. My request is that you please try to understand people come here to eat food

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in the last week of August. It's an average property to stay in. NO HOT WATER in bathrooms. We emptied 2,3 buckets of water on the first day after which water was only luke warm. They couldn't do anything about it. Felt bad wasting water. So we took bath with cold water on the second and third days. NO BUFFET IN BREAKFAST. They have only set menu and strange thing is the food they served was not consistent in taste. Poha tasted great on the first day and average on the next two days. They repeat the same menu on all days which is very boring! They had buffet on Sunday but same items with more limited menu. Parties happened at the coffee shop due to which service was utterly slow at dinners on roof top. We literally got main course items 1.5hrs after ordering. No kidding here. Lighting could've have been better at dinners. Not everyone likes to eat in front of only a candle. They give only 2 half litre bottles as complimentary everyday. No room service unless asked for and they don't give bottles until you ask for them. The guy at the reception also lied about the occupancy. He said all rooms sold out while the restaurant guy told us there was no buffet because of low occupancy. Overall, there's nothing great about the place. You won't miss anything if you don't stay here. Overpriced for both stay, amenities and service. P.S. Photo is of paan stain in the lift

We had an amazing stay at this property. Perfectly located in front of Fateh Sagar Lake. Evenings are amazing to enjoy at the roof top restaurant. Gave one less star because of some delays in service otherwise we had a great experience. Best Service was provided to us by Rajkumar at the last day. 5 star for him especially :)

You see i booked this hotel through agoda. We have make a special request for providing drop to UDZ station ,the staff dint read that and when i asked for the same they were charging 700 Rs. It must be the responsobility of hotel to provide drop facility.They haven't organized any party in new year so we went to panna vilas palace. We asked for water they again replied it is charageable. This hotel is not worthy to be called as hotel . It is a guest house and must be cost around 2000 Rs.Dont book it ,they are expert in ruining your experience. Hey they dont have kettle in room, combs,slippers.

The only disappointing thing in our Rajstban trip was Udaypur Hotel named Inder Prakash. This hotel was suggested and booked considering its location on the bank of Fateh Sagar lake and roof top restaurant. Though room was spacious and heritage, staff was not professional. Room service was not good. Also there was spitting mark on the room number 306 wall. Hotel spoiled our plan to have roof top dinner since they had arranged a Christmas party in their terrace restaurant. No guest were informed about this event by Hotel staff. We only came to know when we went to restaurant. At the restaurant entrance staff informed us that party entry pass is of Rs. 1500 per person, food and drink charges will be extra at actual. Further they informed that party is overbooked and no passes were available now. When we asked to ***ager the reason for not informing guest, he bluntly replied to talk to owner. It was very unprofessional approach by Hotel ***agement and it felt like they do not care about their guests and their plans who has booked their hotel well in advance. Even food quality was not good. I suggest to think several times before booking Inder Prakash, Udaipur Hotel. What you see and what you get is always not same.
