Reviews of V1 Room Hotel

Second time i have stayed here. 5 days last time. I ordered and pay for a deluxe room for an extra day. I've had de luxe room the 4 other days. . I got a windowless room like prisoncell, and did not get refunded the price for the room i paid for and the room i got. I think this was a ok place to stay, but not anymore. The only window was the little you see, and that was in the bathroom. Very disappointed

Not much to say. It is located in a middle of nowhere. It was so dark at night.

The room felt a bit cramped. You walk straight into the bed, and there's not much space to move around.

The housekeeper was incredibly sweet! I had to ship some cream back home because it was too large for carry-on. I left it with her, intending to call a car to pick it up, but she offered to drop it off herself after her shift, free of charge. It was such a kind gesture! This is my fourth time staying here when I'm in Udon.

I initially booked for one night and didn't want to bother finding a new place, so I extended my stay in the same room. I was with two friends, so we had three rooms in total. One of my friends requested room cleaning. The staff called to say the spare key couldn't open the room for cleaning, which I understood perfectly fine. They asked if I needed anything else, like toiletries or water, and offered to leave it outside the door. I told them I'd ask for it at the front desk when I returned. When I got there, I asked for soap and water. The staff told me, 'Our hotel doesn't provide soap.' I was confused because on the first night, there was one soap and one shampoo in the room. So I asked if they had run out, and the staff said, 'We never provide it.' That left me even more puzzled, so I just said, 'Then just water is fine.' I'm not sure if it was a miscommunication or what, but to say there's no soap when there clearly was on the first night was confusing and a bit disappointing.

The room was clean and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. The location is in an alley, making it convenient to walk out and find food. It's also not far to walk to Central. Overall, it was very convenient. I will definitely come back again if I have the chance.

The room was excellent, very clean, and just the right size – not too big, not too small. I loved it! The room was quiet, I slept comfortably, and the water pressure was great. The staff were lovely and provided excellent service. I'll definitely go back if I get the chance.

Couldn't check in. There was no one at the reception desk. I called about 3-4 times, but no one picked up. Waited for almost half an hour, wasted my time. Had to go book another hotel. This hotel is terrible.
