Very good hotel! Upon arrival there were some small problems with the check-in - we spent one night in the wrong room, but as compensation the next day we were moved to a better room. After fishing we fried the fish that we caught on the grill and served it with rice and salad for free. Very attentive, even so: VERY attentive staff. Always nearby, constantly helping with everything. Cleaning every day is good, every day they brought clean water to the room. Manager Farit is just ideal. Breakfasts are very hearty and varied, the cafe is cozy. In general, a very homely hotel. The beach is nearby, WiFi from the hotel reaches it. If we return to the island, we will go here. The best rooms are on the second floor with a balcony.

I’ve stayed at the Ostrov Hotel four times now—three times with my family and this time with my girlfriends—and I’ve been more than impressed every single time since the beginning of 2023. All the staff are true professionals; they radiate warmth, kindness, and helpfulness. Whenever we need anything, they are always there. The breakfast is fantastic, and the hotel is located right on a beautifully maintained beach. We always join the excursions led by Hathim and Amadej, who are both incredibly experienced guides. And the heart of the hotel is Shiarez, who makes sure everything runs smoothly. Every day, our rooms were cleaned and we always had fresh towels. The location is absolutely fantastic, and the rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Each one has a balcony, which is the perfect place to spend peaceful mornings or cozy evenings. I can’t wait to come back, and we’ll definitely keep choosing Ostrov—forever.

We paid for a bigger room type and the next day while we were having breakfast they came to tell us we had to move and only offered a smaller room with no daylight. They said its because there was a water problem in that room, but we didn't experience any problem. It seemed like a made up story but we moved. 2 hours later we walked by the old room and saw there was a family with children staying there, so the hotel lied to us and there was no problem because they needed to give the room that we paid for to another family and we were only 2 persons. We complained about it and they offered a free trip. Organizing the boat transfer from airport to hotel was also very stressful because the hotel doesn't answer to messages, when they do, you get different information every time and in the end they said I have to contact them one day before arrival. The only nice thing about this hotel is the beach setting, very nice and tranquil and with an impressive reef for snorkeling.
