This is a very strange hotel. I made a reservation with Ctrip, applied for a guarantee, paid cash for the room upon check-in, and paid a 500 deposit. When I checked out, I tried every possible means to find reasons not to refund the deposit, so I had to negotiate with locals before I could get the refund.
