The hotel looked like the photos and breakfast was good. The restaurant waitstaff was attentive and polite. The location was ok too. My issue was that I booked this hotel specifically because it had a/c. But my room’s a/c was broken for my entire 5 night stay. No one seemed to care or understand why this was a problem. Each hotel employee told me a different reason for the broken a/c. No one tried to fix it though. I was very upset about the lack of a/c. I could’ve stayed at a hotel without a/c for half the price! This is not what I expect from an international brand.

Very decent hotel. Only issue is they do not turn on the central aircon for heating and only depend on the heater, which can be quite cold sometimes during this period of time. Suggestion to the hotel, get your hotel listed on UB cab so that the service can locate your hotel! It's s shame your hotel couldn't be located on the app!

Holiday Inn located in a walking distance to downtown and many museum. The hotel is fairly new and had a great gym with all the equipment you needed. Check in and out is fast and smooth. Wifi is good if you can connected it , unfortunately I experienced numerous time the user name and password not correctly connect and need to run down to the front desk for assistance

Overall, the hotel is a good experience.

There are tourist attractions downstairs of the hotel, and there are convenience stores and restaurants not far away. It is not too far from the airport. It is located on the west side of Ulaanbaatar, which can avoid traffic congestion in the city. The overall environment is good, relatively clean and tidy.

Next year, I booked two standard rooms and was given two queen beds. I asked for a queen bed and was told they didn't have one. I booked another queen bed and was given a standard room. Well, I don't know why.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The comfortable rooms and excellent service were impressive. However, some rooms do not have air conditioning, which needs to be explained to the front desk

It's OK, the location is average, there are many Koreans, Koreans are easy to pay back, and they don't accept RMB. You must buy a local phone card when you go to Mongolia! Remember! This hotel is clean. You can only check in at 2 pm on the day, and you will be charged 30% of the room rate if you check in two hours in advance. This is not a good feeling.

The location is about 1.5km away from Genghis Khan Square, so it takes a while to walk to the center. Other than that, it's a new building, so the rooms are spacious and the facilities are comfortable. The staff are friendly, and there's even a manager who speaks Korean.

The room is very comfortable and the location is very good, close to the city center and various attractions.

The room was too hot to sleep, so I had to open the window. The street outside the window was too noisy. The worst thing was that I called the front desk to pick me up at the airport and told them the price, but they refused to honor it when I got there. They told me that one was the hotel's own price and the other was a third party's price. This is the first time I've encountered this in all the years I've stayed at hotels. Is this Holliday Inn fake?
