Another guest directly smoking outisde my room. Reported to stand-in manager but did nothing about it. Woke up at dawn with smoke wafting through my room from outside.

A very clean comfortable place. 6 ladies in 3 twin rooms found it very well appointed with fridge microwave and tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was a good size for families, it met all our needs. Plenty of off street parking. Very hospitable host

The Property owners were very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean but very dated and small, mattress needs replacing, no cold water and not enough milk in the fridge. Although it is in a very handy position, an outside sitting area would have been nice.Would probably not stay there again
