The front desk staff was very helpful.
The lift was not maintained, is it? Because I heard an unpleasant sound when using it.

It's a new budget hotel..but has problems with the elevator. All guests have to go up to their rooms on their own feet! Imagine if they have children or a lot of luggage and live upstairs. The doorknob is broken so I can't lock the door if I leave the room. AC to all rooms on the 1st floor also has problems. Anyway, the staff is ok. WiFi is good. Many restaurants nearby.

this is my third time stay here. but this time facilities is poor. TV can't use. The elevator is not maintained. Scary when going up. hopefully the hotel can fix it in the future.

Have to use the stairs bcs the lift is damage. The bathroom is slightly dirty and smell is unpleasant

Make sure bring towel. You can rent, but need to pay RM3 PER TOWEL. Very ridiculous for me. I never bring towel to hotel before. This is my first time I encounter the hotel didn't provide towel. Lift not operated. Location is ok. Near dobi and have many selection food to buy near the hotel.
