Arvin was great! Hot tub got dirty for a while and Dr Fish and dipping pools appeared a bit dirty with dead bugs and hair. Bedsheets also had a weird smell. But minus that everything was nice

An amazing hotel with a fantastic resort vibe and excellent service. I loved the sauna in the rock cave and the French cuisine at Jeff's Cellar. It perfectly met my vacation expectations, and I'll definitely go back.

Our first visit to the resort. A wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary. A quiet place to relax and enjoy without noisy children running around. Not too many guest which is very good. Don't feel crowded. Service is good. Buggy service is fast response. Best is the private pool and hotspring water. Fine dinning is wonderful inside a cave. Breakfast is good. Freshly cooked only when you order and is unlimited. Only issue is location which you need to get transport if going outside. Sunway is building a big shopping mall just outside but only ready in 2028. You also get complimentary entry to Sunworld theme park if you join and follow the trekking from resort to back of Sunworld. A short walk through the forest. Will definitely come back again.

We stayed for three nights at Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat and it was a wonderful experience to unwind and relax. The steam and salt caves were amazing, and the main pool is maintained at a comfortable temperature. The setting and surroundings are incredible. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our villa with its private pool and hot tub was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

A lovely getaway with my wife. Best service ever, with a smile every time. The facilities are great too. Enjoyed the hot spring pools in particular. Observe the flora and fauna. Explore the caves. Go bicycling and the jungle walk. Visit the Lost World Theme Park as well. Dining at Jeff's Cellar was truly a wonderful experience. And breakfast was great as well.

I recently stayed at The Banjaran Hot Springs and had a very relaxing experience. The environment is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which makes it a great place to unwind. The villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the private hot spring and pool, which felt very exclusive and calming. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The food was decent, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was quiet and luxurious. It’s a good place for a short getaway to relax and recharge. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

great hospitality.. really worth the price paid. We stayed in Water Villa which we both really enjoyed the pool and hot jacuzzi in the villa. Our arrival was greeted with complimentary anniversary cake setup in the room, and we really appreciate this gesture from the hotel. We will definitely come back in the futur
