No cleaning, no water, no replacement of towels and shampoo.

We booked 2 rooms last minute at the bank holiday weekend after discovering that our self catering accommodation was not what was advertised. I wished we’d chosen this premier inn from the start! The staff were friendly, helpful and worked incredibly hard to keep everyone happy despite being very busy over the weekend. Our rooms were incredibly quiet, clean and spacious. The breakfasts were well organised and we left feeling very well fed. My family and I would happily stay here again.

Myself and my wife stay here regularly in a accessible room. The staff are always helpful, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the local area. The accessible rooms are large and have excellent access for people who need the extra assistance. Good on site parking, all you need to do is register. We've stayed for several years now and never regret a quick break here

Very good hotel, clean, friendly staff, good little restaurant with good food and drinks. They have a ‘happy hour’ till 6pm! Rooms were as usual in premier inn. Very good!

Stayed here sunday night plenty of car parking spaces room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Didnt eat in the restaurant on the night as we didn't book as arrived after 6 and the table we could get would have been to late. We did however book breakfast the next day for 8.45 it was very busy. Nothing hot was ready you had to literally watch the poor lady in the kitchen to see what she was putting out. From what I could see the poor woman was on her own in the kitchen having to keep putting food in the oven to keep up. Unfortunately we left after 45 mins and only managed to get beans on toast very disappointed for the price of breakfast. You need more staff in kitchen or more prep done

We didnt stay at the hotel. We were staying in a campsite up the road. Call in for some food. Really nice food, excellent service from the staff and Janet. Thanks again

Amazing service by staff Out of all the premierins i have been to this one is by far the Best premier in iv been to lovley member of staff The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and both breakfast and the evening meal were great. Special mention to Payton, who was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Me and my family stayed at the Ulviston hotel in the Lake District. We have had a brilliant time and enjoyed some VERY delicious meals, made all the more enjoyable by Eva! She served us every meal and always had a smile on her face even when the restaurant was very busy and noisy. She helped elevate the experience to a solid 9/10 :)

I come here fairly frequently on business. I always find the staff helpful and the rooms clean and well maintained. No complaints there. It was the first time I had eaten in the restaurant for dinner, my breakfast experiences have always been good. I ordered the chicken rice bowl that came with salad garnish alongside the prawn tacos. The food was average at best but most convening was one the the severs on the counter putting salad on the plates and crushing up tortillas with her bare hands! Not just mine but other diners meals also! Please use gloves this is most unhygienic and put me off eating what was on the plate other than the salad which I gave a wide berth. Will not eat in the restaurant again.

We were so glad to be back, and once again our stay exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by the friendly and professional team. Our room was absolutely spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining such a high standard. We also enjoyed the evening meal, which was delicious from start to finish, with great quality food and excellent service. A special thank you to Sam and Paityn at breakfast, who were absolutely fantastic. The restaurant was really busy, but they remained cheerful, attentive, and organised throughout. Despite how much they had going on, they still took the time to make sure every guest was looked after and had everything they needed. Their positive attitude and outstanding customer service really stood out and made our morning even more enjoyable. Every member of staff we came across was lovely, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making guests feel welcome. It’s this level of service that keeps us coming back. Thank you to everyone for another wonderful stay. We already can’t wait for our next visit and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with fantastic food and exceptional service.

Very clean and tidy. Premier inn at its best. Bar was very quiet but town centre only 10 minute walk. Friendly staff who obviously wanted you to enjoy your stay.

We stayed for three nights. Hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming and the evening meals and service were really good. Quality self service breakfast, although we did have to wait for some items to be cooked. Room was very clean, free parking a big bonus and the air conditioning worked a teat. We were lucky enough to have a room with a view and would definitely would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Ulverston and couldn't fault it. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was fantastic with a great choice of hot and continental options, all fresh and well stocked. Having free parking was another big bonus and made the stay even more convenient. As always with Premier Inn, the beds were exceptionally comfortable and we had a brilliant night's sleep. We've stayed with Travelodge before, but in our experience Premier Inn is a much better all-round option. Better beds, a better breakfast and friendlier service. We'd definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Additionally, there were plenty of amenities conveniently located nearby, adding to the overall convenience of my stay.
