If I could give 4.5 I would as there was so much I really liked about this hotel. We came a group of 16 of us and they were very accommodating to the group. The location is ideal a stone throw from all the sites in Perugia and down a lovely side street. The little secret garden where you can have drinks and food is lovely. The rooms were fun as different with interiors and ours the suite had a great view from the bathroom window all over Perugia. A few little things that did not quite get the 5 - I asked for extra toilet roll when I arrived and i had to re ask twice. We were a family of 4 yet only 2 towels were provided. It was hot in the room and that was because they control the air conditioning so you have to ask them to switch it on would have been useful to know that in advance. The service for drinks in the bar was slow and the breakfast I thought could have a few more savoury items. However, all the staff were very lovely and I highly rated the hotel and everyone in our group enjoyed it. If I was staying in Perugia again I would stay here.

Simply fantastic stay. Modern, clean and comfortable. Staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent, great choice at breakfast, lovely friendly bar. Close to all bars and shops, Thanks to all the wonderful staff, will definitely stay again. Apparently my wife and SiL are going shopping for a weekend and staying there lol. Tip:: ask hotel to get taxi for transfers, we paid @40€ for trip to airport, on line we were quoted €80 one way…

Perugia is a hidden gem! Beautiful city. Hotel was in a perfect location, less than a block from Historic Center. The room was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size too. The staff were so incredibly helpful. Very nice! Perugia is just a quick train trip from Assisi and Spello, and the city itself has a lot of history and things to see.

Really impressive hotel. Located right in the historic centre of Perugia so near to all the areas and buildings of interest. Many good restaurants and bars very close nearby. Reception staff were superb and welcoming. We had balcony room which was probably meant for families with children but it didn’t matter as the room was comfortable and kept immaculately clean. Top quality bedding and towels and toiletries replaced daily. Breakfast area lovely and plenty of choice. We chose well and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent 2 night stay - communication, service, location, clean. Had some troubles with hot water in the shower but it was manageable.

The Hotel is located just round the corner from the main square of Perugia. It has modern interiors, clean and our room was extremely spacious. The parking underneath the Hotel was a huge plus and the breakfast was good too. The staff is extremely helpful. It was an excellent choice to be able to visit various places in Umbria whilst staying in the middle of Perugia's historical centre.

The hotel is right in the heart of Perugia in the best location. It was a great place to begin our vacation. The service is welcoming and warm, accommodating and professional. The room was very clean, updated and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with great variety! Would definitely stay here again. Their new restaurant was also a wonderful addition; we visited it twice while we were in the area! Best cocktails and attentive service. If you are an English speaker, they make you feel right at home. I would ask for a town map at the concierge; it is very helpful. They accommodated holding our luggage while we toured the town the next day, which was great peace of mind. Grazie Mille!

Fabulous & Beautiful Hotel in a great location. Kind & helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Our room was very hot for us with only a comforter (no sheet) so our sleep was not so good.

What a lovely place! It's located right in the centre of the old town and there are many good restaurants minutes away. The staff were all very friendly and they recommended us a few places for meals and sightseeing. The room was very nice with a great sunset view.
