I’ve been coming to Cowrie Cove Guest House for years, and every stay has been an absolute pleasure. The guesthouse is stunning, full of charm and has a Bali feel to it. My personal favorite detail is you get two keys: one for your room and one for the beach. Recently, the guesthouse came under new ownership, and I’m delighted to say the new owners are just as wonderful as the previous ones. The atmosphere hasn’t changed, and it still feels like a home away from home and a place where you are welcomed like family. Cowrie Cove truly offers comfort, luxury, and that personal touch that keeps me coming back.

This place has it all. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in leafy gardens, a strones throw away from the beach, open your window and you'll hear the waves breaking on the shoreline. The rooms are sumptious and there's plenty of space inside and outside the guest house to relax and even work. A large well maintained pool perfect for cool summer swims is right next to a bowma for unwinding in an evening. The house and gardens are very secure and the location is superb, sanwiched between Umhlanga village and La Lucia mall.

All was great. They just need to check on their wifi and TV channels. I missed watching the news. Easy to sort and hope they do.

My partner and I had a fantastic time at this 5 star guesthouse. The place is beautiful, the owner and staff were very welcoming. The trail to the beach was thoughtfully made making the entire experience magical. Would definitely recommend
