Great location and even better host. The penthouse apartment overlooked the Unawatuna Beach with an unhindered sea view from end to end. The apartment was spacious and offered all the facilities to cook without needing to venture out (other than for buying the groceries). The establishment is managed and operated by Lara and his family who live in the ground floor apartment of the building, providing a local and family feel to the experience. The traditional breakfast, freshly cooked, every morning was so tasty and packed with flavour. I wouldn’t not change a thing about this place!

Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber und die Mitarbeiter unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!

Потрясающий отель! Шриланскийские завтраки каждый день и каждый день что-то новенькое, вкусные смузи. Взяли пентхаус на несколько дней, веранда шикарная, вид открывается просто невероятный, дизайн очень стильный. В выходные бывало чуть-чуть слышна музыка из центра Унаватуны, по веранде бегали ящерки, просыпаешься от пения птиц)

Провели здесь 9 дней, отличный небольшой отель, на несколько номеров, очень уютный, чистый, с прекрасными видами, завтраки очень вкусные, подают на открытой террасе на последнем этаже, с которой открывается прекрасный вид на пальмы и океан. Кухней можно пользоваться и готовить самим, постирать вещи тоже можно отдать (бесплатно). Хозяева и все сотрудники отеля замечательные милые люди, всегда готовы помочь. Так же, у них можно недорого арендовать байк + хозяева помогли с трансфером. Поблизости находится много кафе, отличная лавка с фруктами. Надо учитывать, что отель находится на возвышенности (зато какие виды!) поэтому придётся подниматься в гору, но для нас это не имело значения так как мы передвигались на байке.

Lara's Place wird von einer sehr herzlichen Familie betrieben, die bei allen Anliegen gerne unterstützt. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt, liegt in der Natur und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft und das Meer. Bei Regen lädt sie zum Relaxen im Zimmer und auf dem Balkon ein. Auch das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Wir können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen. - - - EN - - - Lara's Place is run by a very warm family who are happy to assist with any requests. The accommodation is well-maintained, situated in the countryside and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape and the sea. When it rains, it invites you to relax in the room and on the balcony. The breakfast was also sufficient and delicious. We can highly recommend a stay.
