Everything good. Except No microwave oven in room / public use. If you like to stay 2nd floor with luggage, please check the elevator is working or not. I stayed twice, the elevator still out of order.

The housekeeping service was very bad. sometime the service team is not even visiting the room for simple housekeeping at all. or sometime they just took away the towels without replacing it back.

Fair price, quite rooms, but the laundromat coins did not provide by front dest, it was super inconsistent for guests

Great breakfast and services by the staffs. The location is always encounter bad traffic toward the highway.

Strategic location and close to malls and restaurants.

Parking overnight in this hotel, I lost my property over 10 grand value of my electric bicycles. I called the police and the surveillance video footage. This hotel property majority are not functioning. Terrible and definitely will not come back again. I double check with the front desk to make sure they have the security and a patrol in the parking lot in the front lobby. confirmed with me that they do.

Avoid This Hotel - Paper-Thin Walls and No Atmosphere I regret staying here. The noise isolation is nonexistent; I could hear every single sound from the next room, including conversations and coughing. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The entire hotel feels old, empty, and depressing, completely lacking any life or energy. I would advise travelers to book elsewhere.

people were smoking at the back entrance of the hotel. Not normal sigarette smell. A timer in the room made high sound and had to wear ear plugs when sleeping. Had runny nose and puffy eyes after staying there. Kind front desk personell.
