Super 8 by Wyndham Union Gap Yakima Area

Older hotel that served its purpose. Denny’s is next door with Texas Roadhouse across the street. Decent pool. I wouldn’t stay there again but everywhere else was booked so I was grateful to have a room.

This is a distressed property. I am a business traveler and was not there for luxury amenities. The room was similarly distressed but was acceptable. It's fine for a one night stay.

This is a very facility NOT up to Super 8 standards. Imagine walking down 7 stairs to get to your room? In the morning NO coffee at breakfast, and the coffee machine was broken in the room NOT IMPRESSED!!!

There is no elevator , no water dispenser to fill water . Asked for a walk up call , didn’t get it . No hand towels . One face cloth for a two queen bedroom.

The whole place needs to be maintained. The toilet didn’t flush completely, the bathroom fan was coated in duat, the tub plug was broken, the hairdryer was missing the safety cover. The air conditioner blew air but never got cool. There was only a few working stations on the TV. There was an alarm from the WA State Patrol office off and on both nights we were there. The first night we had to park in the gravel lot and entered through a door where a guy was sitting smoking. There was dog food in piles on the third floor. I asked about thw toilet and was told to hold the handle down longer. It was not worth what we paid and we will not be staying there again.

Very clean, always warm, can boil water/make coffee in room, heated pool, convenient. Second time was a charm, and the third will be as well, I'm thinking.

The staff was courteous. They had a shortage of towels. The rooms were not the best, but they were okay. Definitely, don't agree with the price. Because for the price, I think I should have got a better room. The breakfast was subpar.I feel like two and a half stars would better rate.The room and the breakfast and the hotel in general.But it won't let me
