Your breakfast hostess on Saturday morning was rude and ignorant to the guests. It was pretty busy because it was the NFL draft weekend. The person working the front desk brought the breakfast hostess a coffee drink that had been purchased elsewhere (which was fine). However, the hostess slurped the whipped cream from her drink then took her cup to the kitchen, took a can of whipped topping used for the waffles from the refrigerator, stuck it into the bubble top lid on her coffee and filled it. This was absolutely disgusting! The door was open so everyone witnessed it. And as an inspector for the department of health believe me I was sickened by it.
Additionally, I believe the front desk person kept her grey Outlander Sport parked right outside the main entrance all weekend. There was a green monster mask in the passenger side propped over the headrest to make it look like it was actually sitting in there. Very very tacky and not a good look for your hotel. Anyone who entered the main entrance had no choice but to see it.
