Very clean, great service and well furnished. Nice ambience.
But you can see some signs of wear and tear on the cupboards, upholstery in the bar area, etc.

A very nice hotel with amenities. I fell in the bar/restaurant area and hurt my right wrist and hit my knee. My wrist is swollen and hurt is bruised. That same evening (2) other ladies fell. The manager brought ice to my room. The step down stairs are invisible and very dangerous. The food was tasty and drinks were good.

Front desk is very professional with special congratulation to Ms A. Fuchs and security who fixed promptly an issue with ny door room. However the service in restaurant is not so great. Again on Sunday at lunch Waiting more than 40 min for a menu with an empty room and after half an hour the waiter ask what ny order was. As a result we left and just went to pick a menu at Mac nearby. I’m less and less surprise to see my colleagues eating outside. Please bear in mind we are hundreds coming every month ( and we all know each others) and we should still be considered as clients. Still time to fix this.
