Unterseen Hostels

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Beausite. We felt welcomed from the moment we checked in. The reception staff member checked us in and took us up to our room! Everyone was so friendly. We had a chat with the owner, who went out of her way to say hello and ask us about our day. I couldn’t rate them highly enough. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view of the mountain peaks were something I will never forget and they were right there outside our window!

Don’t waste your Money! Plenty of better hotels in the town! After traveling around Switzerland and staying in three different hotels prior to SALZANO we were shocked when a Blonde lady at reception was so unwelcoming and unfriendly when checking us in on arrival. We were shocked at how small the room was, they offered us a larger room for an extra 90CHF a night! However this room was even more dated than the first. The first night we didn’t sleep at all, the room was so hot even with a fan, it felt like a sauna. With the windows open we ended up with so many flys and bugs in the room, and woke up covered in bites. The bathroom was so old the hotel really needs updating for the prices they are charging per night! We asked if we could check our early as we really didn’t want to stay another two nights. The blonde lady just remarked with it’s their policy that you have to give 5 days notice for cancellation and that we would be charged in full if we left! That same morning we were so surprised at how basic the breakfast was! Only Egg choice is boiled and no hot food! For the price your paying I just couldn’t believe they can’t even offer eggs or a cooked breakfast! The second day we came to breakfast at 9:30am (breakfast finish’s at 10am) there was no bread or Croissants left! 30 Minutes before breakfast finish’s and they run out of food for the guest that are paying an extortionate amount of money to stay. Only positive was the spa is modern compared to the rest of the hotel. We had Dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent, that’s why we couldn’t work out why the breakfast was so poor and limited! Interlaken is beautiful this was the best part of our stay and we made sure to spend little time as possible at the hotel. Would not recommend unless you are looking for the most basic hotel for a premium price! I will not be returning

This is a hotel for summer vacations and it is not recommended if the weather is cold. The location of the hotel is a resort, the scenery is really beautiful, behind the Lake Thun, in the summer, you can row and swim, it is very pleasant to see. But the downside is that the hotel facilities are very general, there is no air conditioning in the room, the bathroom is very small, if the weather is cold, it will be very difficult to come over, I am still caught a cold. There is also a general location of the hotel. It is a little far from the East Railway Station and the West Railway Station. It is suitable for self-driving. There are buses at the door, you can also take a boat. The front desk will give you a free transportation ticket, but the bus in the rural area of Interlaken is very busy. Early, after 7:30, there is no more, only to fight.

We spent a week in the Adventure Guesthouse. Family rooms under the roof. The beds | mattresses are comfortable and it has enough space for 5 pers. The large bathroom with shower and bathtub is class. The refrigerator in the room is small, doesn't matter much, because you can use the large refrigerator in the community breakfast room | kitchen. Breakfast was rich and varied. The staff is friendly and premature. You are through you and that makes it ”cozy | familiar” We liked it. We're happy to come back

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this lovely hotel in quiet Unterseen . The room was spacious with a sofa , in addition to twin beds and a balcony overlooking the street . A kettle and a drying rack ( below flower box) were nice extras. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful . Be aware that there is no elevator or A/C. The coffee at breakfast was especially good and you can order eggs.

I had given up writing reviews in the past few years but a lovely stay has made me pick up the digital pen again. It began well with a beautiful walk along the river to the hotel from the station. Add a very friendly and welcoming Bettina and Sven who were efficient and helpful. And the apartment itself equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay and spotlessly clean. Incl fans and WiFi for which some reviewers had criticised earlier. But what really took my breath away was the view from our apartment - garden, river and a totally snow covered mountain. And the tranquility. We just loved walking around there. The best in Interlaken by a distance. Certainly the best view in all my stays. Having said that please keep a few things in mind :- A) There is a railway line just next door. I am a light sleeper but I slept soundly after closing the windows. Helps that I was tired everyday after a 12-14 hr excursion. B) Bedroom doors didnt have locks. Atleast the master bedroom should have one. C) We didnt need any intermediate/daily cleaning. And the towel change after 3 days turned out to be fine too. There is a small area to hang clothes to dry. D) And finally, the owners requested us to book directly with them thru their website. This was my second visit to Interlaken in 2 yrs and i stayed on the main street earlier. I would stay with team Goldey definitely when I visit again!! :)

I booked a double room, only wrote the name of a person, went to add 94 euros to stay for two. Later, I found a Ctrip manual service, canceled the order, and re-ordered it.
