GGuest UserI was very satisfied with the hospitality that was too much! I was able to take a bath according to the time to go home, keep the heating on, and besides, I was able to spoil the color 々. I feel like I was allowed to stay at my relative's house. I wanted to see the landlord again and go to stay.

Most of them are left. Since it is a rinse-in shampoo, we recommend that you bring it with you if you are particular about it. There is no baby shampoo.
You can also use a washing machine and bathroom dryer for an additional fee. There is a clothesline near the air conditioner in the room, so if you just dry something a little wet, even the air conditioner ◎.
The refrigerator also has paid drinks (tea, beer). It is a conscientious price.

11391765****Many people have already reviewed this hotel, noting its spacious rooms and very close proximity to the station, along with a shuttle service to Disneyland.
Now, let me share some drawbacks that weren't frequently mentioned in earlier reviews:
1. The hotel is quite old, with a somewhat Showa-era style. While it's a Japanese hotel, I was surprised by the lack of many facilities. Having stayed in numerous Japanese hotels, I've come to expect ice machines, microwaves, and laundromats in Japanese-managed properties – these were completely missing here. (I had initially deliberated between this hotel and the Hilton, but chose Brighton thinking the Hilton, being internationally managed, wouldn't have these facilities, only to find Brighton didn't either.)
2. There's no bottled water in the room, let alone the 'free mini-bar' mentioned in some reviews. It's even hard to get drinking water here; you have to go to a water dispenser by the elevator. Although they provide a kettle for refilling, honestly, I wasn't too keen on using it.
Aside from these points, the nearby commercial area is quite convenient, with delicious and affordable gyutan (beef tongue) rice, a supermarket, 100-yen shops, and some Japanese clothing stores. If the hotel were to add the facilities mentioned above, the stay experience would be significantly improved.

GGuest UserSplendid facilities offered in the hotel. Soup rice provided for free for supper, masks and kids toys complimentary for guest. Foot massager in the room to use after a day in disneyland and disneysea.
However, the shuttle bus pick up at Maihama station could be improved as there was a super long queue for all different hotels. Everyone didn't know where to queue for their specific hotel. Hence, when Hiyori shuttle bus came, everyone rushes up. It's chaotic, hence it'll be good if the hotel could put up specific queue line for respective specific hotels.

AAidexiaoheituziThe room was excellent. It was impeccably clean; even behind the TV was spotless. The room was well-equipped with a bathtub, a stool, and a small basin. There's a complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland, and you can simply wait for it right outside the entrance. The service was exceptional. We arrived at 12 PM, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. They thoughtfully used a translator to inform me about the breakfast location and time, as well as the shuttle bus schedule. Both the air conditioning and the surrounding area were quiet. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was excellent. It's about a 10-minute ride to Disneyland, and the subway station is also nearby. I can personally confirm that the service was excellent, contrary to what some negative reviews might suggest.

AAnonymous UserCons: The room's cleanliness was a major issue. The bedding and walls had stains, the screen door was dusty. There were no power outlets near the table, and where there were outlets, there was no table. Plus, the outlets were loose. The hairdryer smelled bad, and the cabinet above the sink was full of dust. It seemed like no one had cleaned it before check-in, and the hardware maintenance was clearly subpar, which was very inconvenient. The door lock was an old-fashioned key lock, which was quite inconvenient. It was my first time seeing such an old lock; a kind foreigner from the next room even showed me how to use it. I highly recommend they replace it. And whatever you do, DO NOT open the shoe cabinet – the smell was nauseating.
Pros: It's very convenient for getting to Disneyland. There's a bus stop on the street behind the hotel, you can get a map from the front desk. It's a quick 20-minute ride. However, there's no direct bus back to the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient. Some staff members speak Chinese, and they are very helpful and quick to resolve issues. Unfortunately, the poor hardware and numerous problems made it quite troublesome.
The price was good, and the room was much more spacious than other hotels in Japan, with plenty of room to open luggage. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. It's very close to the subway station, just a straight walk. There are many drugstores nearby where you can compare prices. I particularly liked the supermarket opposite the subway station, in the opposite direction from the hotel, as it had good prices. There are also many small convenience stores around, which is very convenient. The small street behind the hotel has many restaurants, and there's a McDonald's at the subway exit, making breakfast very easy.
The supermarket across the street doesn't accept Alipay or WeChat, which is a bit inconvenient, but it does have Muji.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, with new and spacious facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, and both my child and I were very satisfied. The hotel's environment is excellent; there's a park just across the road, and it's close to Tokyo Bay with nice views. The hotel offers a free daily shuttle service to and from Disney, making it convenient to visit both Disney parks. There's also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which is handy for shopping. Additionally, getting to Narita Airport is very convenient. You can take a direct shuttle bus from the adjacent Hyatt Regency hotel, which is super convenient. Next time I visit Tokyo Disney, the Comfort Hotel Tokyo Bay will definitely be my first choice.

While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. The hotel staff are very polite and provide good service. They will help solve any problems.
In addition, although the restaurant is open for breakfast, the beverage bar cannot be used. It is recommended to open it for use so that everyone can have a comfortable morning.
All in all, it's a great hotel, the price is worth the service and quality provided. I will go there again if I have the chance to go to Disneyland

The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided.
While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk.
The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.
