The reservation was made late in the evening, but we were able to check in easily. The breakfast is very good, with many choices. The staff was very helpful for all our needs. Free parking is a big plus.

We spent the weekend of August the 18th we bought a very good package that included the spa and massage. breakfast and dinner, my wife was very pleased with massage therapist lady. Monday the 21st at check-out i realized that i was. Charged for the small water bottles that the housekeeping stuck in room refrigerator. 2 euro each one. We thought were free. and the waitress. at dinner also charged my room by mistake. Check your final bill at check out, otherwise takes long time to have the money back to your account. like it happened to me. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was good, with a good variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. the restaurant menu is small but covers appetizer. And main course, some items like the steak have a few euros as extra copayment and for the dessert there is a better choice of pastry on breakfast buffets. the hotel is far from the village. but if you don't have a car the city bus services are very good.

We stayed at the hotel only one night, to spend the night somewhere on our way so overall it was fine however we would not consider it a four star hotel. The overall condition of the hotel is worn, with old & unattractive interior and decorations, with no visible renovation efforts for a long time. The breakfast was ok but served in a dark room located below the ground level. However the staff was very nice, polite & helpful especially in the restaurant - we arrived late and all the tables were pre-booked however they found a table for us, the food arrived quickly and the restaurant staff was lovely. Thank you!

Hotel panoramico poco distante dal centro di Urbino. La struttura necessita qualcosa da rivedere dato che è un quattro stelle. L’arredamento delle camere è datato e di bassa qualità, il sistema di riscaldamento non si può regolare autonomamente si può solo attivare o escludere. In particolare il piatto doccia del nostro bagno aveva le piastrelle rotte e scheggiate. Illuminazione (lampioni) nel parcheggio e nel vialetto sempre spenta e segnalato inutilmente. Il letto comodo, pulizia ok, buona la colazione.
