家族が急いで予約をしたため、事前にキャンセル規定を十分確認できていませんでした。 予約後約2時間以内にすぐ旅館へ連絡し、キャンセル料の減額について相談しましたが、当日は何度メッセージを送っても返信がなく、翌朝こちらから国際電話をかけ、3回目でようやく繋がりました。 キャンセル規定があることは理解しています。 ただ、予約直後にこちらから連絡していたこと、また今回は朝夕食付きプランだったこともあり、少しでも柔軟に対応していただけないか相談しましたが、対応がやや強い印象で残念でした。 当初はそのまま宿泊することも考えていましたが、今回の対応を受け、最終的には利用をやめることにしました。 My family booked the room in a hurry, we did not carefully check the cancellation policy beforehand. About two hours after making the reservation, we immediately contacted the hotel to ask if the cancellation fee could be reduced or waived. However, none of our messages received a reply, and we only managed to reach the hotel after the third international phone call the next morning. We understand that the hotel has its cancellation policy. However, since we contacted them shortly after booking and sincerely asked for some flexibility due to the meal-inclusive plan, we were disappointed by the rather rigid response and unfriendly attitude. We were originally considering keeping the reservation, but this experience changed our mind.
