We stayed here as part of a terrible trip booked with exoticca - treasures of Anatolia. The location of this hotel was around 30min walk from the town and taxis took a very long while to arrive. We did the laundry and spent €20 euros for a handful of items that have all now shrunk substantially and have had to be thrown away. Despite the food being very good, the overall service of the hotel was a let down and we have had to throw away over €100 worth of clothes.

Not a brilliant location but good for viewing hot air balloons first thing in the mornings. Comfy rooms with kettle. Able to get to town centre easily and three supermarkets within 15 minutes walk away.

This was the best hotel on our tour , really wonderful food . Some of the other people were taking photos of it . Lovely indoor and outdoor pools . I was often only guest using it . Very easy walk into town , which was delightful. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay

Me and my husband went with the tour to this hotel , there was 26 people all together, most of people got good size room they gave us and I think 2 or 3 family the smallest room ever, my poor husband he hit his head to sealing of the hotel room few time snd he is not that tall either , over all if you want to mess up your vacation go to this hotel, they mess up ours, I think they didn’t like our last name I can’t think of anything else , even when couple of the people I. Our tour came and saw our room they were surprised how come we got the match box size room , we told front desk they said basically who cares we don’t have no other rooms ,very nasty people at front desk

Budget hotel given 5 star. Away from the center of town. Hot air balloons are far away so you have to travel to watch or ride. Buffet food is average. The hotel looks better from outside. Room has water damage which can grow mold.

This by far the BEST hotel we've stayed in with our package tour. Newer building, better food at dinner and breakfast buffet. The hotel interior looks more lavish, modern and upscale. Our room was not too big but just enough, bed and pillows both comfy. We did not sleep long enough as we had to get up early for the hot air balloon ride (a MUST-DO).

While this is a large hotel, one used to accommodating LOTS of tourists visiting Cappadocia, we never had to wait for help from the front desk or at the breakfast and dinner buffets. Speaking of the food, the buffets were wonderful, filled with assortments that would appeal to American and Turkish tastes. The room was comfortable and bed soft. While this isn't the same as staying in one of Cappadocia's residences inside the rock formations, it is an easy and safe place (the security is very tight) to stay in anticipation of a day of exploration.

Nice hotel with good service from the staff. I really enjoyed the food, the pool and the spa area with the dry sauna and the steaming one. Every request of mine was carefully taken care of in the most proffessional way. Thank you for your hospitality

We stayed as part of a tour group for 2 nights, with several other big tour groups. The room was a little dated compared to the public areas, but perfectly comfortable. Breakfast and dinner buffets were extremely good with loads of choice. There was an extra cost to use the spa.
