the hotel is very very nice, the breakfast is decent, with some chinese cuisine offerings, xinjiang milk tea, and an array of veggies we enjoyed the proximity to the mcdonald’s because we had late check-out and our flight got delayed, so it was easy to get there and have good old western food + it has a convenience store just by the entrance where you can buy socket adaptors and plenty of snacks & drinks the staff was super friendly — even though they didn’t really speak english, they did their best to accommodate and help us overall, this hotel is a great choice if you have a long layover in Urumqi

This was my first time in Xinjiang for a layover, and I chose the Wendy Garden Hotel. The environment was lovely, and the service was attentive. It would definitely be my top choice if I come again! Highly recommended to friends! → Narcissus

The hotel has a gym and a laundry room, and the hygiene is impeccable. The room is also very spacious, which I personally really liked. The only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way. There's a really good pilaf restaurant downstairs though.
