The hotel is conveniently located in the popular Minjie area, close to many restaurants and entertainment options. The hotel environment is also very good.

This all-season hotel is newly opened and located near the Grand Bazaar, about a 3-minute walk away. It's very convenient for dining and accommodation, and getting around by taxi is also very easy. The hotel environment is excellent, and the hygiene, including the bedding, is all very good.

Facilities: The room facilities are quite complete, with the consistent decor and supplies you'd expect from an all-season hotel. Hygiene: The smell from the toilet and shower in this room was terrible. I had to keep the door closed all night, and I could still smell a strong urine odor – it was unbearable 😣. Also, one of the bottled waters provided had already been opened. I'm not sure if the cleaning staff forgot to throw it out. Environment: The hotel is located near the Grand Bazaar, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel also has underground and outdoor parking, and parking fees can be reimbursed by the hotel. Service: The front desk staff were friendly and gentle, and proactively asked if I needed anything.

A serious warning to solo travelers, and those with elderly family members or children: choose this hotel with extreme caution! At 2:25 AM, an unknown person violently knocked on our door. After the incident, the hotel merely claimed it was a mistaken door, highlighting severe loopholes in their night security patrols and guest management. Strangers freely roaming guest floors and knocking on doors late at night poses a significant personal safety risk. My entire family, including the elderly and children, was severely frightened. We suffered from insomnia all night and couldn't get any rest. When I communicated with the hotel afterward, their attitude was passive, and they refused to take any responsibility, constantly deflecting blame and simply telling me to report it to the police myself. The next morning, upon leaving my room, I unexpectedly discovered a pool of blood outside my door. This further confirms an unknown safety incident occurred on the floor that night and that the hotel management is in extreme disarray, leaving me with a profound sense of dread. From beginning to end, the hotel offered no apology, no resolution, and no compensation. Paying to stay at a hotel should guarantee a safe and quiet environment, but this experience was extremely poor, completely lacking any sense of security. I am very disappointed and absolutely do not recommend staying here!

First time visiting Urumqi, it's truly an exotic city! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the scenic spots, and within walking distance, which is super convenient. The hotel staff are very welcoming, and the room was clean and quiet. Downstairs, there are also shops selling various Xinjiang specialties and many restaurants. Overall, it was a great experience! 😌

Hanting Premium Hotel is consistently great, with both excellent service and facilities. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of food options right downstairs, and you can even walk to the Grand Bazaar.

This was my return to Urumqi after a day, and since my previous stay here was decent, I decided to book this place again. However, upon check-in, they told me that the room type I wanted was unavailable and only more expensive rooms were left. Fine, I reluctantly booked two rooms, only to find out they were the exact same room type as the one I stayed in the night before, but at a difference of several hundred yuan... A bit speechless, honestly... The cleanliness was also terrible... When I wiped the table, it was covered in dust. It seems the table hadn't been wiped at all. There were also urine stains in the toilet. For a price over a thousand, the hygiene is a serious concern... Also, when I opened the door, I noticed the curtains in the room had fallen down. Luckily, I called the front desk, and a technician came quickly to fix it. The technician saw me wiping the table and asked why it was so dirty, telling me to call the front desk to report the issue... Overall, the service attitude was great, and the staff were very good and friendly. But compared to my first stay, the cleanliness on this second stay was absolutely disgusting. Just my luck, I guess... Not worth the price.

I'm very happy with the room; it's spacious, and for 8,900 yuan, this hotel is already excellent! Everything inside is quite clean, and there are smart devices. Although there were street vendors outside, once the windows were closed, you could barely hear them. With the curtains drawn, I slept straight until 10 AM.
