After staying for five days, the room environment is not good. What I admire most is that the fee refund process is a mess. The service at the front desk is very poor. I almost got into a fight with the front desk clerk when I checked out. Disgusting!

I won't stay at this hotel next time. The room environment is not good. What I admire most is that the charging standards are a mess. The front desk service was very poor. I almost had a fight with the front desk clerk when I checked out. It was disgusting!
