The room card couldn't be swiped when I went out, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk. The front desk was apologetic, saying that it could not be put together with a mobile phone to demagnetize, but I opened two pockets separately. Then, the next day it couldn't be opened again. I checked in and slept in the room, the door was suddenly opened, and then the front desk called to ask if the check-in had already been done. It was really weird and the management was chaotic. What's more weird is that I paid a 200 deposit from Alipay for check-in. On the 18th, I left the store and said it was returned by Huiyuan Road. On the 21st, I remembered the wonderful service of this hotel. I returned after calling. If I didn’t check and didn’t call, would it be gone?

以前服務都很好，這次帶朋友入住發現有一部分包給了私人經營，吧枱分成了兩個，私人承包的那組吧枱服務入員，業務不通，態度還極差，嚴重影響這個酒店的聲譽，兩個吧枱把客人也弄暈，差極了

連續二年去新疆都入住這家酒店，環境安靜舒適，大堂一樓有個超市，買東西方便，再往外走就是熱鬧的商業街，購物吃飯都方便，去博物館也近，對面一家小店的饢非常好吃

酒店在石油學院院內， 比較安靜，環境也不錯，安全性很高，酒店服務也很周到，尤其是前台謝莎同志，很能設身處地的為客人着想，很有禮貌，衹要碰見了都會熱情的打招呼，感覺很舒心，以後每次出差必住的酒店。

深更半夜2點多，夜聽敲門半小時、致電前台問緣由？夜半八人來住宿，搞錯房卡開門試，可憐失眠近五點，清晨前台尋服務、一臉茫然無所謂，服務貼心需換位，口碑用心提八成。

酒店服務真心不錯。環境也好。前台小謝待客熱情，積極負責，很有耐心解決幫我解決問題，在忙都不推辭，感謝酒店培養這麼優秀的工作人員，以後肯定會常來

前台服務員，客房服務員服務態度差，房間內東西還不齊全，大床房一套浴巾，毛巾，刷牙杯子，我和男友衹能全部用一個，沒有擦鞋紙，吹風機像電燒了一樣。好好的十一旅遊弄的心情糟糕。一進門就發現床單沒換，簡直沒法睡覺，喊服務員來換，説晚上沒服務員換，就讓他們送了條床單自己換了。那電視和床頭枱燈還聯一起，關了枱燈電視就沒信號了，一開始找不到原因，讓她們上來調下電視，沒想到一直給我們吊臉，是調好了，出去，還重重的把門帶上，嚴重影響心情，電視看着都不想看了。最奇葩的是退房都一天了，晚上去其他酒店入住登記，他們竟然沒有退了我們的訊息，又打電話過去，讓退了，這邊新酒店才能入住，都不知道晚點辦事的，最不好的一次入住！！從不寫差差評的，第一次被氣到。好處是價格相對經濟一些，早餐不錯，服務質量，人員素質需提高！！

酒店位置很好，出門買東西什麼都很方便，環境也不錯，挺乾淨的，前台小謝服務態度也好，很熱心，問她路，她還很認真的給我們把路線寫下來，很貼心的服務，下次肯定還會來住
