內部裝潢不高級，但是安全又安靜，第二次入住，上次是去年11月初。
前台、門衞和客房的服務很好。晚上非常安靜，隔音好，床的軟硬適中，枕頭對頸椎不好的我很友好。
周邊吃飯很方便。
不足點：晚上太乾燥了。燈光太亮，建議加個落地燈或小枱燈就完美

在經歷了前一個酒店因為小孩沒有身份證不讓入住的不愉快下，隨意訂了這間酒店，沒想到剛進大堂前台小姐姐態度相當温和，看我們帶了小孩免費給我們升級豪華大房，裏面一張大人床，一張小孩床，還送了水果……真正的福禍相倚了，酒店環境很棒，衞生特別乾淨，床墊、枕頭軟硬適中，睡的特別香！必須五星好評！下次來烏魯木齊還選這家！
本來衹打算入住1晚的，因為住的舒適想再續3天，選擇了之前的雙床房，前台考慮到孩子，讓我們繼續入住豪華房了，真的是一家超級人性化的酒店，大堂那句“做人民心目中的五星酒店”真正名不虛傳！
