The hotel is old old and old. Staffs are very friendly, but it doesn't makeup other shorts as a 4 star. It needs a complete renovation. We traveled with our 93 yr old mother. she almostfell becausethe step betweenthe room and bathroom. so dangerous!

Booked at short notice because we were going to the Grand Bazaar. The hotel security guy was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help with the luggage and introduced the show time. The girl at the front desk was also very polite and gave us free breakfast. The room was very simple. There was no bathrobe. There was only one bathroom. There was no dry and wet separation. The hotel is very retro and in a good location, close to the Grand Bazaar. I like brother Ekpal the most. His smile made me feel the enthusiasm of Xinjiang friends on my first day in Xinjiang. He helped us with our luggage and showed us the way... So thoughtful and considerate 😀😀😀I will stay in this hotel again when I go to Xinjiang next time.
